I am thankful to have been provided the opportunity to reflect, learn, and grow with a wonderful cohort of librarians at the 2016 Iowa Library Association Leadership Institute facilitated by Maureen Sullivan (of Maureen Sullivan Associates, past president of the American Library Association, past president of the Association of College & Research Libraries, and more)!
